Watching the sky at Griffith Observatory

I've been living in Los Angeles for about 6 years now, and have never been to the Observatory above Griffith Park! What an UNBELIEVABLE view! My partner and I finally took an evening to check it out for ourselves, and what an amazing night. It was very chilly, but the skyline was crystal clear. The perspective from the observatory gives you an unobstructed view of every inch of Hollywood, Downtown LA, all the way past Century City. We peeked thru telescopes, watched twinkling stars, and took in the show at the planetarium. If you haven't been yet, go-go-go!
